Beautiful place to live and work; building needs TLC
Such a beautiful place to stay. Amazing location, awesome view — the property just needs a bit of maintenance to meet to the quality of other Outsite locations. Was disappointed that the hot tub was broken for our month-long stay. Also noticed that the bed frame was sagging almost to the point of failure and noticed supports were missing: uncomfortable. Several other items were in disrepair in the property: flooring on the stairs and around the tile upstairs; the handle to sliding doors; some lights didn't work, the refrigerator water dispenser was moldy and needed cleaning; the outside deck areas were dirty and needed cleaning; the outdoor dining table is literally on its last legs and if it hasn't failed already will collapse unexpectedly, potentially hurting somebody if they lean on it and fall. Hate to be the one to leave a critical review, but I love Outsite and the dream, and hoping that this will help get some of these little things resolved. The gardening staff and cleaning staff did a great job on the areas they maintained, and Lindsey, the community manager, was amazing at getting everyone together and exploring local restaurants. Met cool roomies, as always. Would stay here again if some of these little things were fixed.

Amazing location, right at the beach, incredibly sunsets and overall gorgeous house! Had the entire house to myself for the few days I spent there
