Don’t think twice before booking!

Property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping area. My room was clean with solid WiFi. Common area was nice to hangout. Kitchen had everything I need for a my 8 night stay.

First time… And I loved it!!

This was my first Outsite experience and I absolutely loved it!! The Travis Heights house is such a great location in Austin, beautiful quiet neighborhood but also close to a LOT. Also Shannon is such an awesome community manager!! She made me feel so welcome to even before I got there… sent me all sorts of great recommendations and taught me how to play pickleball!! 😂💛🏓 That was so fun, and I got to meet such a great group of people while I was there. Also, I didn’t know if it would feel like too much trying to work and be at a place with a bunch of people, but the atmosphere was very chill. There was no pressure, just some fun opportunities here and there that were totally optional to everyone. Anyways, I wanted to start with a week test run and now I can’t wait to come back and stay a lot longer! Highly recommend it!!

Beautiful room and house, super comfortable

I stayed in the Zilker room for over a month and loved it! I think it's the best room in the house: it's huge and located upstairs in the back cottage so you have privacy and it's beautifully decorated. Slept like a baby every night. The house is in a great neighborhood close to downtown. Overall it was a very comfortable stay in a great house.

Peaceful, beautiful and homey

The place is really well located and the rooms are gorgeous with great community activities organised by the community manager. My only complaint would be that the first room I stayed in, Bonell, although beautiful with a great bathroom was REALLY BADLY sound insulated with a huge gap under the door into the main house. So badly insulated that I felt I couldn’t take early work calls so I didn’t wake anyone up. The second room, Zilker, was also great but really damp, I had to keep the air con on really cold to make it feel slightly normal but even then it felt quite damp.

Love Austin and outsite Austin was fabulous. Our house manager, albeit in the UK for the holidays, was incredibly responsive, too.

Great place, always kept very clean and other guests are engaging, polite and respectful.
