Location
Los Cabos have long been a favorite sunshine destination, with a hefty dose of Mexican charm and hospitality. San José del Cabo is the quieter of the 2, best known for streets full of art galleries, and the nearby beaches Palmilla and Chileno. In Centro, you'll find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and bars within walking distance, but when the weekend hits you'll be able to hop in a car (or boat) to discover the surrounding mountains, rivers and beaches.

So good I came back a 2nd time!
I love the Los Cabos experience. There are always great people around, the attached coffee house is perfection, and any of the bigger attractions are accessible if you're into that. If not, the area within walking distance has what you need and 20 minutes of light cardio will put you on the water. After my 2nd stay here I very much believe I will be back again!

Work, relax, explore
I spent two weeks in Cabo in January, and it was an amazing experience! I stayed at Casa 5, Room 15, which had a balcony and plenty of space with everything I needed. (I recommend this room especially be The overall stay was great—quiet, safe, and perfect for focusing on work. While it’s a bit far from the beach, I didn’t mind since I was there to be productive and focused on work. The only thing is there is no common coworking space in the house, but I worked from my room if I had meetings. There are plenty of coffee shops to work from. On weekends, I explored San Lucas and took day trips to Todos Santos, La Paz, and Balandra Beach (which is stunning on a sunny day!). Tip: If you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs—you can hear a lot inside the house, but it didn’t bother me much

Easy fun in the sun!
Great place, near-ish to the beach. Fun places to visit nearby, but you need a car or to take a taxi/Uber 30 mins to 2 hours. Not a party town per se, but very much a tourist town.

Sunny & relaxing home base to explore Baja
Had such a great experience at this Outsite that I wish I had booked longer than a month. Perfect place to escape the Canadian winter and be able to relax while focusing on work. Met such amazing people and the location is great to be able to explore all the beauty that Baja has to offer. Only a 20-minute walk to the local beach and a quick Uber to many other beautiful swimmable beaches. Many delicious restaurants and cute shops are within walking distance and a great gym is nearby! Definitely would revisit this location.

Good location, relaxed town, small common area
Nice house, clean kitchen, laundry and common areas. The kitchen and living area was very small. My room was very dark and freezing cold with no daylight. It was right next to the front door. I recommend selecting one of the upstairs rooms for more light. San Jose is a cute, relaxed town and the house was walkable to nice coffee shops with WiFi, restaurants, beach. I rented a car to explore more of Los Cabos which I recommend if you have the time. Community manager was responsive when issues arose. Overall, a mostly positive experience, even though it was not my favorite Outsite.
