New Locations! Outsite Hawaii and New York

25 May 2017 | Blog, Featured, Features / Guides

We are thrilled to announce two new locations – Hawaii and New York City!  Both NYC and Hawaii homes were specifically selected because of their central locations, beautiful interiors, and potential to inspire the perfect work/life balance.

The ultimate question for remote workers – should you spend the summer in a bustling urban hub, or escape it all and live at island pace?

With Outsite’s two new locations, getting the best of both worlds (urban convenience and epic natural beauty) is as easier than ever. You can stay in NYC for a few weeks, and then bring your job (your laptop) to Hawaii for a totally seamless, radical change of pace.

A Bit More About Outsite Brooklyn, NY

We love this contemporary loft, because of it’s perfect location and because it boasts an elegant take on the classic “Brooklyn feel.”

  • Modern loft with rustic exposed brick high exposed beam ceilings

  • High-end designer finishes

The space…

Take a step outside onto your enormous private roof deck, or get to know the building community on the communal outdoor roof deck!

The loft features exposed brick and beams, all bedrooms have large windows, large closets and exposed brick. The new bathrooms include glass showers, double vanity and subway tiles.

The beautiful, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and granite counter tops.

Other details include a washer/dryer in unit, a built in seating bench, barn door, access to a private and communal outdoor space, central heating and cooling, microwave, video intercom and much more.

When you are NYC next, make this your creative home and work space!

The neighborhood…

Williamsburg has a hipster vibe—as evidenced by indie music performances, gallery shows and shops run by local artisans. Distilleries and wineries show off the neighborhood’s flair for locally made spirits, while Smorgasburg packs in creative food vendors along the riverfront on summer Saturdays.

Williamsburg is one of the City’s most exciting nightlife neighborhoods too, with many of NYC’s trendiest restaurants and clubs.

A Bit More About Outsite Oahu, HI

We designed this house specifically to encourage a balance between work and play for team retreats, groups and workers on-the-move.

We provide a fully-equipped villa with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 3 bathrooms. The house amenities include: TV, terrace, lounge area, large patio area with bonfire pit and, of course, a workspace area with fast wifi.

The house is also ideally located walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach!

The space…

The house is ideally located in the North Shore of Oahu, only a few blocks away from iconic destinations and beaches. We designed this house specifically to encourage a balance between work and play for groups, teams and company retreats.

The land surrounding the house is quiet, peaceful and lush. With gorgeous local plants and a cool ocean breeze from some of the world’s best beaches nearby, you’ll feel like you are on a tropical resort.

We’ll provide everything you need to experience a beautifully balanced beach lifestyle:

  • Comfortable bed & fresh linens in a private or shared room
  • Spacious workspace with high-speed wifi
  • Large kitchen where cooking delicious dinners is highly encouraged
  • Free organic coffee in the morning
  • Large living room with comfortable couches
  • Information and access to fun local activities
  • Walking distance to the beach

The neighborhood…

The house is located in the heart of Haleiwa – walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and a trendy food truck park. A 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride will bring you to Haleiwa Beach Park – one of the only surf spots for beginners on the entire island!

Often coined the 7-mile miracle from Haleiwa to Sunset Beach the North Shore of Oahu has been home to famous beaches and surf spots: Banzai, Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay.

The Seven Mile Miracle is precisely what it says. A seven-mile (11.2 kilometers) stretch of sandy beaches delivering the most important surf spots in the history of surfing. In other words, and without traffic delays, it’s a collection of premier Hawaiian surf gems separated by a ten-minute drive on Kamehameha Highway.

Another amazing aspect of this location is that it is only a 35 minute drive from Honolulu and Uber is available!

Don’t wait – these locations will fill up fast! Click below to email Liz and book your stay at either (or both!) of these locations from July onwards.
